Job Description:
Responsibilities
Participate in a training program designed to provide new graduates with the knowledge and skills needed to be productive in the technology and business environment at Freddie Mac. May complete assigned rotations within the Freddie Mac Operations and Technology division. Act as an entry-level business professional in providing support for operational activities. Different areas of concentration include Operations, Business Analysis, Process, Risk Management and Financial Management. Perform basic financial analysis. Assist in coordination of audit reviews as requested. Provide support through monitoring commercial banking activity, maintaining bank balances/targets and fund accounts for disbursements. Assist in monitoring client performance and reporting. Provide support in data management activities to ensure data is accurate in area of expertise. Assist in creating Business Continuity Plans. Create process follow and presentations in Excel, Access, Visio and Powerpoint. Assist in monthly G&A close process. Provide customer service support to both internal and external clients. Job requires a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills may be acquired; previous internship/work experience using strong analytical skills, organizational and customer service skills.
Conditions of Employment
Freddie Mac will consider applicants who require H-1B sponsorship, but only if the applicant has at least three years of H status remaining out of the original six years of permissible H status. In order to be considered for permanent residence sponsorship, the individual must be employed with the company for 12 months and meet or exceed annual performance objectives established by their management team. This is a minimum requirement for sponsorship. The decision whether to sponsor an individual for nonimmigrant or immigrant status rests exclusively with Freddie Mac.
